30-day returns

Not in love with your piece? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.

Conditions

  • The item must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
  • Items bought with the "buy 1, get 1 free" offer are returned together. If you return only one of them, we refund the amount paid minus the price of the ring you keep.
  • Items bought with a discount code are refunded at the price you actually paid.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at amoraejewels@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
  3. Please don't send items back without contacting us first; we can't process returns sent to the wrong address.

Return shipping

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, since we can't refund items that get lost on the way back to us. If the item was damaged, defective or wrong, we cover everything (see below).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you and refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to send the item back.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
