Shipping policy

Free shipping on all US orders. No minimum.

Processing: orders are prepared in 1–2 business days.
Delivery in the US: 8–12 business days in total from the day you place your order.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons.

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If you order more than one piece, they may arrive in separate packages.

If we can't ship your order within the estimated time, we will email you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package hasn't arrived 20 business days after your order, email us at amoraejewels@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away; we can only change the address before the order ships.

We currently focus on the United States. Shipping costs and times for other countries are shown at checkout.
